Mixing Instructions: In a non-metallic bowl, mix one-part Kenra Color Permanent Coloring Creme with one-part Kenra Color Permanent Coloring Creme Developer 10-40 Volume (1:1). spray hair with Kenra Color Porosity Equalizing Spray and apply color.
