The No-Lift Activator is created to work especially with our new Demi-permanent Liquid Color contains Coconut Oil. The special formula allows pigments to develop without lightening or shifting the natural hair color.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: Mix 1:1 with Kenra Color® Demi-permanent Liquid Color No Lift 5 Volume Activator and process up to 20 minutes.
