Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, please contact us and we will send a replacement free of charge. Please have your order number ready — you can find it in your order confirmation email or under Order History in your account.
